For more than twenty-five years, Domaine Claude Bentz, a family winery now run by Carole Bentz in the fourth generation, has combined art and viticulture through Wine Meets Art, an exhibition that regularly hosts artists on the property.

This edition is placed under the sign of heritage and transmission. It brings together three women artists whose practices question the memory of materials, the continuity of gestures and the transformation of living things.

The works of Marie De Decker, Megha Goenka, and Pascale Seil engage in a dialogue with the history and architecture of the Domaine Claude Bentz. Through recycled glass, gold, organic forms, and handcrafted materials, the exhibition highlights a unique encounter between four women.
stemming from viticulture and art, a place steeped in history and a shared desire: to inscribe creation in time while giving a contemporary resonance to the heritage.

Marie De Decker

At the crossroads of contemporary art and fine craftsmanship, Marie De Decker develops a practice nourished by the natural world and human narratives. Her works explore the movements of transformation, memory, and transmission. Drawings, evolving sculptures, objects, and installations
They compose an organic universe where forms evoke the rhythms of life. They weave correspondences between matter and memory and bring forth a collective memory carried by hand and by sight.

She works with natural or recycled materials, chosen for their symbolic power, notably gold, which she uses to reveal light and anchor her works in time. Her personal journey also informs her approach, questioning origins and the construction of identity. Through her performances and immersive projects, she shares her creative process with the public. Her work offers a sensory experience that invites us to see life and our place in the world in a new light.

Megha Goenka

Born in India and living and working in Luxembourg, her work is inspired by nature and organic forms—pods, plants, marine life, and microorganisms. Experimentation is central to her practice, which she explores through techniques such as slab mounting and modeling.
spiral, turning, clay casting and mold making. She explores enamels, oxides and pigments to transform surfaces, both in her sculptures and in her wall installations.

For this Wine Meets Art exhibition, she focuses on spring as a theme of rebirth, renewal and the joy of new life, which she seeks to translate through her works.

Pascale Seil

With her ongoing project, Nature singulière, Pascale Seil is developing an ecological and poetic approach using recycled glass. She transforms glass bottles into works of art.
Unique, guided by their natural forms and intrinsic memory, each bottle—whether of wine, champagne, or beer—becomes a singular object, the fruit of an artistic metamorphosis. Jewelry, sculptures, and installations emerge from this dialogue with the material, in a formal exploration inspired by the landscapes of the Müllerthal region. His constantly evolving work explores how the organic forms of recycled glass can interact with the environment. He invites us to look at everyday objects differently and rediscover the beauty of glass in a new light.

In addition: A unique experience: Artwork & Wine Pairing

For this edition, Wine Meets Art offers a true pairing between a work of art and a wine from the estate. For each artist, Domaine Claude Bentz has selected an emblematic work and paired it with a wine—or a crémant—chosen to highlight its texture, light, and personality.

Visitors will be able to explore the artwork while tasting the wine that pairs with it. The aromas, texture, and depth will enhance the visual experience and offer a new way to appreciate art.

An exclusive event, designed specifically for this edition, to be experienced only at the estate.
