AI Conference Series: Conference 4

The Faculty of Law, Economics and Finance, in collaboration with the Interdisciplinary Centre for Security, Reliability and Trust (SnT) and the National Centre of Excellence for Research and Innovation (NCER FutureFinTech), is pleased to invite you, as part of the AI lecture series, to the following conference:

AI in legal practice: trends and implementation – initial lessons learned

Artificial intelligence (AI) is rapidly reshaping legal practice, moving from experimentation to operational deployment.

This conference explores current trends, including generative AI, automated drafting, contract analysis, and other aspects. It examines how law firms are implementing these tools in practice.

Drawing on lessons learned from early implementations, the session highlights key lessons: governance and compliance challenges, data security considerations, change management, and the critical role of human oversight.
