Workshop on using the arts to understand our own identities more deeply and healthily

We will first experience together some of the classic art works on the theme of personal identity, then discuss those art works, then break up into smaller groups (writing / visual art / music-dance) and work on our own artistic responses to what we've just experienced and discussed, which at the end we will have the option of sharing. Refreshments will be provided, and the workshop will of course also be an opportunity to meet and get to know other thoughtful and creative souls.
The artist facilitators this time - and the leaders of the different creative groups in the latter part of the workshop - will be: Aurelie d'Incau (visual art), Tania Soubry (music-dance) and Benjamin George Coles (writing).
