Given the success of the first creative workshop organized at the House Of Coaching in Luxembourg City, I am proposing a new edition of the workshop:
"Explore your emotions through color"
🕤 Outline:
9:30 am: Welcome, tea, coffee
10am: Workshop
12pm: End of the workshop
Beyond exploring your emotions through colors and media,
You will leave:
- enriched by your discoveries
- surprised to have been able to create so many (wonders)
- Happy to have been able to share this moment in a relaxed and supportive environment
- with your creations... some of which will probably have amazed you!
Your moment of creativity, just for you!
😄The participants themselves can best describe it:
"I feel a mix of emotions inside me, and at the same time the joy of having been able to create something. It's like a little baby. You start from nothing, from a blank page, and then in the end, lots of colors come out. I find it fantastic. There's creation, it's wonderful!"
"I had never tried it before today, it was my first time. I liked it. I had never thought about turning a negative emotion into something positive, it was really great to be able to do it."
