Of Wounds and Wonders
She and He live together in their 50 sqm apartment with a vending machine, without a balcony. She is constantly accompanied by fear and dreads everything waiting outside: noise, street traffic, and all interpersonal interaction. He dreams of having a child with her, his second, for which he truly wants to take responsibility. Their only connection to the outside world: waiting for the telecom technician, the Amazon package at the front door, and monthly appointments with Max, their osteopath. To escape the isolation of their apartment, the couple tries out a role play, and the boundary between reality and fiction becomes increasingly blurred. An apparently harmless attempt at tattooing in the living room leads to a major confrontation about privilege, class, and their seemingly incompatible life stories.
