Chair de ma chair (Camille de Bonhome)
"Chair de ma chair" is a play written and designed by Camille de Bonhome in collaboration with Anne Brionne, as part of the IMPAKT project. After a very long tour, an actress prepares to perform her final grand role: a midwife, witness to the mysteries of birth since the Middle Ages. On stage, she undergoes a mysterious interrogation that shakes her identity and that of her character. The play explores the challenge of telling the story of childbirth and birth, experiences that often transcend language. It is a reflection on the figure of the actor and the exposure of their inner contradictions, closely linked to the profound and collective experience of birth.
