With the CeCiL’s Box, Cercle Cité supports local creation by presenting and promoting the work of emerging and young artists from the Greater Region in one of its streetfront showcases on rue du Curé. This mini-exhibition space, visible 24/7, hosts a series of unique and ephemeral interventions in the fields of visual and applied arts, aiming to spark the curiosity of passers-by and question the collective imagination.
The 39th intervention is entrusted to the artist Samuel Levy and is entitled “Otherside, the gate”.
Samuel Levy has been drawing since childhood, always inspired by the world around him to create a universe where each element comes alive in a magical way. In this project, the CeCiL’s Box showcase becomes a gateway to an imaginary world, while always remaining linked to the living reality, symbolizing the mental projections we create to better understand the outside world.
