Sandie Nepper is an artist born in Luxembourg in 1974, living and working in Stadtbredimus. After graduating in fine arts at the Lycée Technique des Arts et Métiers in Luxembourg, her journey led from abstraction to bold, figurative expressionism. Inspired by the likes of Deb Weiers, Jean-Michel Basquiat and others, she captures on screen what moves us all: human feelings, the hurdles of everyday life, and the search for happiness in the midst of life. Using acrylic, paintbrushes, stamps and bare hands, she creates works that build a bridge to the viewer through "imperfect" patterns and strong messages.
