7th Edition Music Days Vianden Kammerata 2026

The 7th Edition of Music Days Vianden Kammerata 2026 will open at the castle with a fantastic evening themed around Halloween and Count Dracula (costumes welcome). The festivities will continue at the Trinity Church with a baroque concert dedicated to funeral music from the 16th and 17th centuries, performed by the Luxembourg Vocal Ensemble under the direction of Matthias Rajczik and with Maurice Clément on the organ. A fado concert at the Ancien Cinéma will create a warm atmosphere, while a children’s show designed by Catherine Kontz will bring to life the story of Cunégonde, daughter of Count Sigefried of Luxembourg. To conclude, two chamber concerts by Kammerata Luxembourg will highlight the exceptional Vic-Abens room in the castle and invite guests on a musical journey through classical elegance, romantic intensity, and contemporary creativity – with works by Beethoven, Schubert, Reuter, Mozart, and Schönberg.
