This workshop is for anyone looking to step up to the stage with more confidence and less self-doubt. Led by psychologist Alexandra Neves, the session covers impostor syndrome, recognizing limiting beliefs, practical tools to overcome them, taming your inner critic, and developing more self-confidence. All these skills are transferable and can benefit your stage presence as well as your personal and professional life. Alexandra has over 20 years' experience in personal development, training and coaching. This workshop is part of Festrogen, a women-centric comedy festival in Luxembourg, supported by the Ministry of Culture of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg.
