Join us for a workshop where we will prepare together a delicious dandelion jam, perfectly in keeping with the spirit of the season… exactly as we like it!
During this day, you will discover all the necessary steps to create this tasty marmalade: from the meticulous cleaning of the flower, to its maceration, to the final result – a jam full of flavor!
This will also be an opportunity to explore this flower in different uses: in capers, in drinks and much more.
An immersive experience rich in discoveries and curiosities!
The workshop is led by one of our amazing volunteers, with the participation of a group of citizens passionate about plants and their benefits, who will bring knowledge and curiosity.
