While veteran filmmaker Fritz Lang is shooting a film about 'The Odyssey' at Cinecittà, his American producer Prokosch hires screenwriter Paul Javal to rework the script. At the same time, he doesn't hesitate to make advances toward Camille, Paul's beautiful wife…
