Free workshop: Introduction to photojournalism
Topic: The roles and involvement of women in our society
How can you establish a photo report to tell a clear and powerful visual story? This workshop will focus on photographic storytelling. Participants will discover the basics for presenting demanding and/or difficult topics using a limited photo series, inspired by the work of Lynsey Addario. They will also reflect on how to represent the involvement and roles of women in society.
The activity will be led by professional photographers Neckel Scholtus and Dario Del Rossi. Participants are encouraged to submit their report on this subject to the “Through the Lens – Women in our Society” photo contest organized by MNRDH in cooperation with the CNA.
Good to know
Free workshop (museum admission: €5). Maximum 12-15 participants. Workshop in French; explanations available in English, German, and Luxembourgish. Registration by email
