Join a 10-session cycle focused on the foundations of Shaolin Nei Gong (Yan Shou Gong).
This program offers in-depth training:
• Rooting, grounding, and centering
• Breath control and internal connection
• Internal power applied to movement
• Structure, stability, and presence
Small group (max 16 spots) for focused teaching and real progression. Led by Mirko Leogrande.
