Anne-Mareike Hess invites you to discover her artistic universe and sensitive approach to the body through this new workshop for people over 55 years old.
The workshop unfolds like a long guided journey. Step by step, bodies are set in motion, seeking support in the skeleton and opening up to a refined perception of sensations. Somatic practices, anatomy, improvisation, imagination... everything is explored gently, between movement, sensation and emotion.
