On the evening before UNFINED, we come together at Amore Pasta Club for a special experience centered around wine, food, and exchange.
The evening opens with an intimate masterclass led by Theo Foradori himself, offering a personal introduction to the wines and philosophy of Foradori. It continues with a full dinner at Amore Pasta Club, with a menu created especially to pair with the wines served throughout the evening.
This evening also marks the official reveal of the collaborative glasses developed by SOIF and Amore Pasta Club.
A considered start to the weekend, and a fitting lead-in to UNFINED.
Good to know
The €130 ticket includes the masterclass, dinner with wines, water, and coffee, as well as entry to UNFINED the following day at Cercle Cité (value €25), which also includes a SOIF glass and food during the event.
