After a sold-out avant-première at our Opening Ceremony last October, "Chopin, Chopin!" (also known as "Chopin, A Sonata in Paris") is back for a second exclusive screening ahead of its official cinema release this autumn. The film returns to Luxembourg in collaboration with Kinepolis Luxembourg and the Polish Embassy in Luxembourg, on the occasion of Polish Constitution Day. Almost everything you ever wanted to know about the life of the Polish (and French) star pianist and composer – not only the genius, but also the man behind the music.

Set in Paris, 1835, the film follows Chopin at the height of his fame – celebrated, desired, and immersed in high society, while battling illness, searching for his soulmate, and pouring everything into his art. An intimate portrait of passion, fragility, and creation – where, in the end, only the music remains.
