We dance with very simple steps to pop, dance, hip-hop, and Latin songs, holding our baby close in a baby carrier. The focus of this concept is on dads. We support dads in doing something for themselves! A dance workout that is good for you, without pressure or stress, but with lots of fun, heart, and increased flexibility and fitness.
Dancing, as we know it today, has a very positive effect on body, mind, and soul! It increases flexibility, strengthens our muscles, tendons, ligaments, coordination, and cardiovascular system. Music and rhythms are good for the soul, and while we release happiness hormones, the stress hormones of everyday dad life are automatically reduced.
