Dive into the art of distillation and create your own gin with Inès, Master Distiller of Entre Nous Gin, in an immersive workshop. Discover the secrets of artisanal gin production and leave with a unique creation. The workshop begins with a warm welcome from Inès, who is passionate about her craft. You will learn the history of distillation and the plants used to compose this refined drink. Different gin profiles will also be presented. In groups of 2 to 3, you will choose your ingredients from berries, herbs, and spices to create a personalized blend. With Inès's guidance, you will participate in distillation using small stills. You will follow each step, from loading the plants to collecting the gin. During the distillation, enjoy a cocktail specially prepared for the occasion. At the end of the workshop, bottle your gin, personalize its label, and leave with your creation. The workshop includes the creation of a unique gin (500 ml), an exclusive tasting, a complimentary cocktail, and a special discount on our products. For your comfort, it is recommended to wear closed shoes.
The instructor will provide all necessary materials for the workshop, with a reimbursement of 50 euros.
