This workshop helps parents understand their teenager, manage tensions and conflicts, and regain serenity and connection on a daily basis. You will discover the major trends in adolescent behavior and what can explain certain reactions, why moods change, forgetfulness increases, and immediate pleasure sometimes takes precedence over everything else. Through concrete daily examples, practical exercises such as rephrasing or putting things into perspective, reflective questions, and group discussions, you will learn to adjust your parental role, establish new rules tailored to your family, and defuse conflicts before they escalate. You will leave with simple strategies that can be applied immediately to strengthen your relationship, ease day-to-day life, and create a harmonious family dynamic. It is neither you nor your teenager who is the problem, but the understanding and support during this key period of their life.
Participants are requested to bring a pen and a notebook to take notes.
