Our world is saturated with stories and beliefs about 'progress,' often defined by technological innovation and its implications for society. My work questions the very nature of progress, challenging these dominant narratives, and exploring alternative forms of 'progress.' Through writing that uses sound, music, and musical technologies in science fiction scenarios, I examine how these elements offer alternatives to a techno-centered vision.
