Naturopath
Nature outing led by Yann Nirrengarten – Chemin de Vitalité, nature guide and naturopath specializing in persistent fatigue and digestive disorders.
This walk teaches participants how to identify seasonal wild plants in forests, clearings, or by the water, discover their traditional medicinal and culinary uses, as well as local folklore and some Celtic legends.
An educational booklet is sent to participants after the outing to consolidate the knowledge shared.
The event ends with a friendly gathering and herbal tea made from local plants.
An instructive and revitalizing experience to reconnect with nature.

Recommended for ages 8 and up.
Registration is mandatory before June 12th at 3pm.
Group of 15 participants maximum.
2 km route.
Meeting place: parking lot of the village hall.
