Panopticon
By and with Vasiliki Papapostolou aka Tarantism
Dance - Duration: 25’
Inspired by Jeremy Bentham’s Panopticon and Michel Foucault’s theory of internalized surveillance, this piece explores the psychological tension between control and freedom. Red hands symbolize constant monitoring, manipulating a body that seeks to resist uniformity. Oscillating between order and chaos, the character confronts inner conflicts and questions identity, visibility, and the pressure to perform. The work addresses the paradox of seeking recognition yet feeling invisible, revealing an inner struggle within a system demanding predictability.

Connexion ou Déconnexion
Creation by Modestine Ekete with Joseph Nama
Afro-contemporary dance - Duration: 35’
This choreography explores the ties that shape our existence: family, social, political, religious, spiritual, or intimate. Through a powerful solo, it highlights the duality between attachment and release. The piece invites the audience on an introspective journey about their own relationships, through tensions, breaks, and reunions.
