After INFRA (2024), choreographer Brian CA returns with a new solo that brings together man and machine, inspired by his own teenage experiences of screen addiction. SATELLITES promises a ballet of drones, in a journey where humans are confronted with their own creation. Technology, conceived as an extension of our abilities, here surpasses its creator and reflects the flaws of the human condition, revealing the loneliness of those who try to transcend their physical and intellectual limits. With an original score by the electronic artist CoH, SATELLITES explores this tension between progress and regression, confrontation and symbiosis. The machine becomes both companion and rival, exposing the fragility of a humanity both fascinated and frightened by what it has created.
