The band was formed during Attilio Sepe’s time in Belgium, where Italian pianist Marco Marcelletti, Belgian double bassist Emanuel Van Mieghem, and Brazilian drummer Gabriel Moraes reside. This cultural diversity gives the band a wealth of expressive possibilities, enabling it to explore various directions and "embrace risks" through improvisation. Their repertoire includes jazz tradition pieces and original compositions. The band has already performed at some of the most prestigious clubs in Belgium and Italy and has collaborated with Maurizio Giammarco, a notable saxophonist on the Italian and international jazz scenes. Attilio Sepe recorded an album with this quartet, titled Spellbound, released on WoW Records on February 7, 2025. Music from the album was showcased during their latest tour in Italy in December 2024. Line-up: Attilio Sepe (saxophone), Marco Marcelletti (piano), Emanuel Van Mieghem (bass), Gabriel Moraes (drums).
