Elisabeth Schilling – Sensorial Symphonies
After Florescence in Decay (22 • 23) and HEAR EYES MOVE (20 • 21), Elisabeth Schilling presents her new creation Sensorial Symphonies, performed by an all-female cast. This piece fuses the emotional intensity of Rachmaninov’s Piano Concerto No. 2, reimagined by the compositions of Pascal Schumacher and enriched by the sounds of The Plant Philharmonic. Through this choreographic work, she questions our relationship with living things and offers a reflection on the intelligence and complexity of the plant world.
Good to know
A mediation programme accompanies the performance, developed by Elisabeth Schilling in collaboration with the Théâtres de la Ville.
