A cultural crossover between Swiss regionalism and Russian folk tale, Igor Stravinsky's L'Histoire du soldat is a tragic fable, read, performed, and danced. Presented at the Philharmonie first in its German translation and then in its original French version, it will feature puppet characters and sets created by artist Georg Baselitz, evoking the original concept of a musical theater piece for small stages.
