Musical theater and creative workshop: Loopino travels along the water, which could be a river or even the ocean, watching fish swim and hoping to find new friends. Suddenly, he hears a strange song and sees magical sparks dancing on the surface. At first, he is a little scared. But soon, he meets the little guardian of the water, who teaches him to respect and protect water, and even how to swim.
