Participatory performance with Afro-Caribbean rhythms. It is late, the air is cool. Vernon Lidrick and Angelo listen to the waves and close their eyes: "Djumbala, Djumbala". It sounds like music. They drum, tap, and whistle on everything they find. With the waves, an enchanting music is born. The compositions of Vernon Chatlein are inspired by Muzik di Zumbi and Tambú, characterized by instruments made from natural materials, vocal rhythms, and sound imitations. This warm and expressive musical universe invites the audience to participate actively and listen attentively.
