Everyone has a story to tell. The challenge is knowing how to tell the story. In this dynamic, multi-session workshop for adults, you will learn to transform your personal experiences into captivating stories and share them in a way that creates a real connection with your audience. What is storytelling? Storytelling is the ancient art of sharing stories live, without reading a text. It is spontaneous, expressive, and often playful. A story can be carefully crafted or freely improvised, rooted in reality or enhanced with a theatrical touch. In every culture, storytelling has always been a way to entertain, educate, preserve history, and convey meaning. If the style explored in this workshop intrigues you, you might recognize it in the performances of Mike Birbiglia or on platforms like The Moth. What to expect This workshop is practical, interactive, and offers personalized support. During the program, you will: Learn to tell an existing story in your own voice Discover and develop a personal story that deserves to be shared. Identify the central message of your story. Developing self-confidence to tell stories aloud Writing exercises, group activities and fun narrative games will be offered to help you progress step by step. What this workshop is not It is not about reading written texts aloud. This is not a therapy session, although we will carefully explore personal experiences as a source of creativity. What should I bring? Just bring a notebook and pen, and an open mind. You don't need to come with a story; we'll help you find one.
