Gala concert with Harmonie Union Troisvierges and their new conductor, Tom Henckes, presenting the project "Brass meets Voices". Featuring the world-renowned euphonium virtuoso Glenn van Looy. The program includes works such as Ufo by Johan de Meij, Song for Ina by Philip Sparke, Brillante-Fantasy on "Rule Britannia" and Zigeunerweisen (Gypsy Airs). The Grevenmacher Municipal Choir, with its 40 singers, will perform well-known melodies such as The Hanging Tree, At Wit's End and Remember by Hans Zimmer, Adiemus, Flight of the Silverbird, Climbing UP "Iknimaya-The Path to Heaven" and Jake's First Flight by James Horner (both from the film Avatar), Never Back Down-Two steps from Hell (Battle Cry), Conquest of Paradise (Vangelis), and Moment for Morricone. The string ensemble l'Estro Armonico will also join the concert.
