Inclusive Communication & Public Speaking in Multicultural Workplaces. In Luxembourg, we work daily across cultures, languages, assumptions, and communication styles — and what feels clear, natural, or respectful to one person may land completely differently for someone else.
This interactive workshop combines public speaking, inclusive communication, and cross-cultural awareness to help you become more conscious, confident, and adaptable communicators in diverse professional environments.
Aligned with Pride Month, this session explores how inclusion starts long before we speak on stage: it starts with understanding perspectives different from our own and creating a space where every voice can participate.
You will experience communication challenges firsthand through interactive exercises, group work, role play, and public speaking practice in a supportive and fun atmosphere.
