Rick Serrano presents at Cercle Cité a series of two conferences dedicated to art and inclusion, exploring how literature and cinema can offer a broader understanding of belonging, beyond traditional identity categories. The focus is on how shared cultural experiences, community, and access to art shape human connections, showing that inclusion is less about categories than about empathy, common experiences, and the ability to understand the world from different perspectives.
This first conference is based on Antoine de Saint-Exupéry's emblematic work, The Little Prince. Through the Little Prince's journey to different planets, the story explores universal themes such as love, friendship, responsibility, and imagination. It encourages reflection on what truly defines each individual and emphasizes the importance of looking beyond appearances to understand what is essential.

The conference will be followed by a cocktail reception at the Bar Foyer. Free entry, registration required.
