Course: Forest Music
Experience an immersive journey into the heart of the Bambësch Forest and discover nature from a new perspective.
Throughout the outing, participants will be invited to:
- Listen to the "music" of wild plants using a bio-resonance device
- Understand the interactions between trees, fungi, insects, and soil
- Explore the beneficial effects of the forest on physical, emotional, and mental well-being.
A unique sensory immersion to reconnect with nature and oneself.
This activity takes place outdoors. It is recommended to bring a water bottle and dress according to the weather conditions.
