A summit meeting for this new creation by the Ballet de l’Opéra national du Rhin, resulting from the collaboration between Mathilde Monnier, always free and hungry for novelty, and Eve Risser, a composer passionate about both her prepared pianos and her many diverse ensembles. The two artists distribute twelve dancers and two pianos in a dialogue facing a wall, an echo to the Vosges sandstone that, since their childhood in Alsace, has forged a mental landscape. The deconstructions of classical and traditional dances develop a choreography that responds to this intense rhythm while taking it by storm. The resulting tension unleashes an imagination and a most sensual relationship.
