Held in Luxembourg City since 2000, the Fête de la Musique offers amateur and professional musicians the chance to hold free concerts in public spaces across the city. Every year, the event attracts thousands of people of all ages, giving them a taste of a broad repertoire of live music, including classical, jazz, rock, world music, hip-hop, and more, as they stroll through the streets of the capital. Additional concerts will also be offered on Friday, 12 June, by various venues with financial support from the City.
