Theatre Course for 10 to 13 Year Olds

This theatre course, organized by Società Dante Alighieri and the Italian Bookshop Luxembourg, is designed for children aged 10 to 13. Led by Jana Montorio, it offers a playful and immersive theatrical experience incorporating drama games, concentration exercises, improvisation, use of masks and puppets. The goal is to go on a creative journey with friends resulting in a public performance of a short play.
A standard lesson includes:
- physical and vocal warm-up
- concentration exercises
- group games
- creative improvisation
- small scenes
Participants will use the Italian language creatively, improving imagination, focus, memory, and self-esteem as well as a sense of loyalty and collaboration.

Schedule: Sundays, 16:45 – 18:15
Duration: 15 lessons of 1.5 hours each (total 22.5 hours)
Classes held from September 2026 to April 2027 on specific dates.
Location: Società Dante Alighieri, rue St. Ulric 25, Luxembourg (Grund).
Final show on Sunday, April 25, 2027 (venue to be announced).
Participants must wear comfortable clothing.
