Perimenopause is a natural stage in a woman's life. A transition period where hormones become irregular, where sleep, mood, and energy levels can fluctuate. It is not an illness but a passage — sometimes intense, sometimes bewildering. A few months ago, I went through this period myself. Meditation deeply helped me: easing stress, regaining clarity, sleeping better, reconnecting with my body. This is the experience I wish to share today.
