BÉBÉ TREK is designed exclusively using natural materials (bamboo, volcanic stones, ...) and crafted so that it can be handled by children. Designer Flora Koel draws inspiration from the theme of discovery, more specifically hiking. Her work aims to place children in the position of explorers, following their instincts through the range of materials offered to them. Several ways of handling objects are planned: percussion instruments, rattles, rings, weaving, as well as sensory and threading games. The facilitators leading the session offer children and their families a sensory experience and an exploration of the various aspects of the material and its components, whether mineral, plant-based or synthetic.
