This session transitions from one asana to another by synchronizing breath, movement, and the beat of music. Practicing to modern music, you build up a yoga sequence step by step that comes together choreographed to a specific song. The goal is to harmonize body and mind and achieve a meditative state through the dynamic combination.
Good to know
Yoga experience required. Beginners are advised to start with the vinyasa classes (10:00 AM - 11:00 AM) for a good foundation.
