Torch, one of the most influential figures in German-language hip-hop, comes to Luxembourg for an exceptional concert. As a co-founder of the legendary crew Advanced Chemistry, Torch made music history in the 1990s with politically and socially engaged tracks like “Fremd im eigenen Land.” His smart lyrics and unique style have influenced generations of rappers and remain a major reference in hip-hop culture. As a solo artist, he broke new ground with “Blauer Samt” and contributed to the Brothers Keepers project and the track “Adriano (Letzte Warnung).” Torch also attracted international attention on DJ Tomekk’s “Return of Hip Hop” with KRS-One and MC René. Joined by Toni-L and DJ Soundtrax, Torch delivers a live show mixing hip-hop history and timeless beats. The evening opens with Corbi & David Fluit (De Läb) and DJ PC.
