To avoid losing his gold, Grow Sigfrid has a tower built in his castle to hide all his treasures. However, the master builder and his workers Clos and Josep leave a hole in the wall to steal some money for themselves, without the owner knowing. Grow Sigfrid's only concern is to marry his daughter Valdin according to her social status. Fortunately, he thinks he found a solution: the baron of Bibberech in Schibberech offers his hand! However, Valdin is more interested in Josep, who now hangs around the castle, than in the mysterious northern man with a barely understandable accent. Is he really a true baron? Doubts grow, especially after Grow has been robbed... With sharp wit and lots of humor, Michel Rodange shows how money can corrupt character while playfully using the specificities of the Luxembourgish language.
