This activity aims to provide participants with an introspective experience inspired by the artist's approach, while remaining accessible and adapted to a short format. The workshop seeks to help them understand the importance of slowness, attention, and presence to themselves and others in the work of Marina Abramovic. The workshop is divided into six different sessions. During each stage, participants are invited to speak as little as possible in order to focus on their sensations, breathing, and environment, in a form of meditation and introspection.
