Celebrating “Trauliicht” at the “A Possen” Museum

It's a tradition! This year again, the “Trauliichter” will be lit at the “A Possen” Museum. During the intergenerational workshop, young and old alike (children must be accompanied by an adult) can create their own “Trauliicht” with guidance from a mediator. Before turning the beets into “Trauliichter”, several steps must be followed: first, they are hollowed out, then a scary face is carved into them. Since this activity requires a lot of energy, a delicious soup made from the leftover vegetables will be prepared and enjoyed together to regain strength. Participants are encouraged to come in costume for this creative workshop.
