This year, our 'Bout d'août tout doux' is divided into two parts: 1) Podcast workshop for audio portraits: Podcasts, modulation, editing, recording, technical sound settings, radio and web broadcasting, methods and techniques of journalistic interview, oral interview practice. 2) Focus on market gardening and local products: Meeting, discovery, local and artisanal produce, workshops and shows. - Garden tour - Animation caravan "Changeons la recette" - Small market of local and seasonal products - Foraging walk discovering edible wild plants (led by Katrien Cocquyt) - Basket weaving initiation (by Marie-Anne Dosimont) - Ceramics initiation (by Michèle Nevens) - Interactive show “Urgences” by Compagnie Le Bouton (poetic theatre) - Storytelling by Julien Staudt
