Experience something truly unique during the 2026 Hike Without Borders: cross three countries in a single day and discover the Greater Region by following the M3 trail. Let yourself be captivated by varied landscapes, exceptional panoramas, and all the cultural and gastronomic richness of the region. The hike starts at the Schengen Museum for a 33-kilometre trek through the heart of the Greater Region. Along the way, three gourmet stops will allow you to recharge your batteries. In each of the three countries you cross, you will be able to taste a local speciality. Upon arrival, return to Schengen for a convivial get-together. A glass of regional wine awaits you aboard the Prinzessin Marie-Astrid Europa, where the Schengen Agreements were signed in 1985. A wonderful way to celebrate your achievement and bring this unforgettable day to a close.

PRACTICAL INFORMATION Departure between 8 a.m. and 9 a.m. from the Schengen Museum Welcome of participants and distribution of snacks 33 km along the M3 trail, to be completed at your own pace Gourmet breaks in Luxembourg, France and Germany A glass of wine offered on board the Prinzessin Marie-Astrid Europa between 3 p.m. and 7 p.m. Dogs are welcome as long as they are kept on a leash. The route is not accessible to strollers Remember to wear suitable hiking shoes and clothing appropriate for the weather
