The National Youth Service organizes the annual On Stéitsch festival, a cultural and artistic festival for young and old alike. It promotes youth culture, youth-sector stakeholders and their projects. At the start of the school year, On Stéitsch brings together young creators and artists across several stages, an exhibition area, and creative, sports and information booths. The festival provides a platform for free expression, without judgment or competition.
