The programme includes a tea ceremony presentation, a hands-on brewing experience and a guided tasting of three premium teas, accompanied by traditional tea snacks. Teas to taste: Oolong scented with jasmine blossoms; DongDing, lightly oxidized Oolong from Taiwan; Tie Guanyin, heavily oxidized Oolong from Taiwan.
