Curious to discover the world of performance, but don’t know where to start? Looking to join a creative community and make new friends? Need a little creativity and fun after work? Join Dig Deep for an exciting one-hour taster workshop exploring the worlds of improvisation and theatre. You’ll have the opportunity to take part in improvisation games that build self-confidence, creativity and team spirit, as well as try your hand at theatre exercises focused on presence, character and storytelling. Teamwork, active listening, commitment and embracing mistakes are essential in the practice of improvisation and theatre, and these skills can also have positive effects on our personal and professional lives. From complete beginners to those with a little experience, everyone is welcome in this relaxed and supportive space to try something new, meet wonderful people and have a good laugh. Stay afterwards to chat, have a drink and find out more about our activities! A great opportunity to discover Dig Deep before our 6-week improvisation and stand-up courses begin on 14 and 15 September, or to take part in one of our future courses!
