Concert in 2 parts First part Baroque programme with Bach, Händel, Veracini and Vivaldi Baroque organ-clarinet duo Jean-Luc Blasius, baroque clarinet Rosch Mirkes, organ Second part Little Byrds vocal ensemble The Little Byrds vocal ensemble brings together four singers and friends who are passionate about the richness of vocal and choral music. Their name, inspired by William Byrd, a major Renaissance composer and undisputed master of polyphony, reflects their love for this musical style and period. However, their repertoire is not limited to the Renaissance: driven by great curiosity, their repertoire explores musical diversity across the centuries and genres, particularly Romantic and contemporary music. The Little Byrds do not hesitate to collaborate with other singers and musicians depending on the project, allowing them to explore a wide variety of genres and present rich and varied programmes. Their musical approach is intended as an invitation to discover the richness of vocal music through performances combining technique, emotion and musical exploration.
